Nesmith did well financialy (his mom invented Liquid Paper and left him the money) so he only made occasional guest appearances with The Monkees.

There was a third group that called themselves The Firm which had a 1987 novelty number one hit "Star Trekkin'." Since it was not a supergroup, I did not include them in the question.
