He says there's an apple tree in the backyard. Brian says it's paradise. But, the old man says, "Except for Randy Newman". Peter then says, "Randy Newman?". The old man answers, "Yup, just sitting there all day singing about what he sees.". Then Randy starts singing. Once he finishes, Lois says, "Well it is good to have music while we eat.". There you go. That's when Randy Newman sings and his first sentence is the one above. Randy Newman did say three of the four. He didn't say, "Red headed woman walking to Randy.".
