Given the somewhat odd, other-worldiness of Luna, she is teased by many, referred to as Loopy and doesn’t have many friends. She becomes a founding member of Dumbledore’s Army.

Luna is played to perfection by Evanna Lynch.

Harry was given his owl by Hagrid, the gamekeeper at Hogwarts, on his first trip to Diagon Alley. Owls were the wizarding world's version of our muggle postal service, and Hedwig proved very useful to Harry. "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone" was the first book in J.K. Rowling's series about Harry and his magical adventures and was first published in 1997.

Aunt Marge was played by Pam Ferris. In this scene of the movie, Aunt Marge related Harry (Daniel Radcliffe) and his mother to dogs, saying if something was wrong with the dog's mother you see it in the dog itself, implying that Harry's mother had something wrong with her, which was why he was such a "troublemaker."

Hermione gets 50 points, Ron gets 50 points, Harry gets 60 points, and Neville gets 10 points. That adds up to 170.

St. Mungo was the bishop of Strathclyde in Glasgow. He is responsible for both the motto and much of the coat of arms of Glasgow. On the coat of arms of Glasgow are a robin, a fish, and a ring. St. Mungo healed the robin, which belonged to his teacher. This fish and ring represent a story in which St. Mungo agreed to find the ring of a queen, after the king had thrown it in the river. He sent a monk to the river, and the monk caught a salmon with the ring in its mouth.

Harry finds himself falling for Cho from the minute he lays eyes on her. Cho Chang is played by Katie Leung and she is of the Ravenclaw house.

Moaning Myrtle was watching Harry, but she wasn't the only one. The mermaid in the stained-glass window was also there when Harry tried to figure out the clue for the second task.
