"The Return of the King" - Look, More Bloopers! - "The Return of the King" opens with Smeagol and Deagol fishing from a boat that resembles a shallow washtub. Deagol is pulled overboard and into the water, whose surface is smooth with no hint of a current, and shortly thereafter he finds the One Ring. What is it about Deagol finding the One Ring in a calm and idyllic body of water that is inconsistent with how the One Ring was originally lost?
The correct answer is 'The One Ring was lost in a fast-moving river'
The prologue to "The Fellowship of the Ring" shows Isildur being shot by arrows in the back and afterwards, the body of the High King of Gondor is carried downstream by the river. The One Ring drops to the bottom of the river, there to wait for its opportunity over the next 2500 years. It certainly is possible that the course of the Anduin River could have changed course over those 2500 years (especially the portion of the Anduin where the One Ring was lost), but from all appearances, Smeagol and Deagol were fishing in either a pond or a small lake. I suppose it was easier and safer to film this flashback scene with Smeagol and Deagol on a pond or a small lake, since many of New Zealand's rivers have dangerous fast-moving currents.

Lord Of The Rings Question 7
Lord of the Rings - 'Three rings for the Elven kings under the sky, Seven for the Dwarf-Lords in their Halls of Stone, Nine for Mortal Men doomed to die, One for the Dark Lord on his Dark Throne.' (That's an excerpt from the full Ring-verses, and I didn't check if it was word for word, so don't worry if it has any insignificant differences.) What happened to the Seven Rings given to the Dwarf-lords?
The correct answer is 'Some were destroyed by dragons and some were recovered by Sauron'
The three Elven rings are explained, if one knows where to look. Their keepers, their names, and their powers are all eventually revealed. The seven Dwarf rings, however, are barely detailed. They have no names and no powers listed anywhere that I have found, and therefore I've always wondered exactly what Sauron got out of those that he recovered. Oh, there's that too: it does not say anywhere how many he recovered and how many were destroyed by dragons. I've always wondered, so if anyone has any information on this, please e-mail me--and if you have a reference, please list it in your e-mail! Thank you!
Lord Of The Rings Question 8
'Lord of the Rings: RotK' Top Trumps - What culture are the Mumakil?

Lord Of The Rings Question 9
Return of the King - Book vs. Film - In the book Arwen gave her pendant to Bilbo, not Aragorn.
The correct answer is 'False'
Arwen actually gave the pendant to FRODO! The pendant represented her immortality and ability to leave Middle Earth and join her people in the West. She gave it to Frodo so that he could leave if he chose to. Eventually, the memory of the quest and the pain of his old wound from the Witch King were too much for Frodo, and he joined the last party to leave Middle Earth. Sam stayed behind with his wife and new baby, Elanor.
Lord Of The Rings Question 10
How Well Do You Know "The Two Towers"? - 'They have lit the fire of Orthanc under our feet!'
Who says this?
Who says this?
The correct answer is 'Aragorn.'
While Aragorn, Eomer and Gimli rest, the Uruk-hai light explosive mines and blow up the culvert. Legolas was not present at the time and Theoden was inside the caves, waiting for the right time when he and the Eorlingas could charge the enemy down.
