J brings K back to help solve a mystery that started nearly thirty years before. This funny one liner comes about a third of the way through the movie. J is describing the automatic pilots on the fancier new cars as he argues with K over who gets to drive.

The lines in this movie are so off, that they are awesome.

Lloyd Christmas (Jim Carrey) said this after both he and Harry (Jeff Daniels) lost their jobs, and after a hitman left them a message by cutting the head off Harry's parakeet. This prompted them to go on a road trip. They raised some extra money for the road trip by taping the parakeet's head back on and selling it to a young blind boy. This scene became even funnier when the boy later told the story of how he was duped on the primetime TV show, "A Current Event". I almost lost it when they interviewed that kid.

From the movie "Shallow Hal". Said by Hal's (Jack Black) best friend Mauricio (Jason Alexander) after Hal had a very delayed response while the two were trading insults. Must be seen to be fully appreciated.

"'Breaker' Morant" tells the true story of three Australian soldiers in the Boer War (1899-1902) who are put on trial for shooting Boer prisoners. Though they acted under orders, the General Staff, who hopes to distance themselves from the irregular practices of the war, is using them as scapegoats. The trial does not progress as smoothly as expected by the General Staff, as the defense puts up a strong fight in the courtroom. The term "Breaker" in the title is the nickname given to Lt. Harry Morant (played by Edward Woodward) for his occupation in civilian life of taming wild horses.

Herbie Stempel (John Turturro) says this to the reporters at the end of the movie. Right after Charles Van Doren (Ralph Fiennes) confessed his guilt.

"Princess Diaries" is about Mia Thermopolis - a 15 year old girl who finds out that she is the princess of Genovia. It involves Mia taking princess lessons and choosing for herself whether or not she actually wants to rule Genovia. With the help of her grandmother, Queen Clarisse, and Joe, her chauffeur, she learns how to be a princess and how to behave. It's very amusing!



Mia says the first quote to her grandmother Queen Clarisse. Mia is not happy when she first finds out that she is a princess. She just wants a normal life, which in this case involves hoping that she will get a car when she turns 16 so she can drive. Instead Mia realises it is more likely that she will get to rule Genovia. The second quote is said by Joe when he is teaching Mia to dance in a Genovian manner, and Mia replies "It's a wango?". Her reply shows that she is still young - yet she is supposed to be old enough to rule a country soon!
