"Star Trek's" "Legacy" was episode 80. As a jab at "Star Trek: Original Series," that only lasted 79 episodes, Picard mentions Canmus II. This planet was featured in the final "Star Trek: Original Series" episode "Turnabout Intruder."

For most of Kirk's one-episode relationships with women, it is difficult to surmise that Kirk and his partner did any more than the kissing or petting that we see on-screen. Daniels, who is from the 31st century, appears in multiple episodes giving Captain Archer information regarding what is described as a temporal cold war and ways to avoid messing up the timeline. He also moved Archer and T’Pol to different time periods as required to deal with different issues.

Saavik's voice opens the film -- oddly enough, with the word's "Captain's log." She is not a captain, of course; she is merely acting as captain during the KOBAYASHI MARU simulation.
