After Palmer was killed by the Guardian's magical scorpion, Andy went to see Prue and when he looked at the urn, he saw the image of the scorpion on it. Before Andy went to see Prue, he was at the place where Palmer was killed. He also found out that Palmer had been killed by a scorpion and that he had Prue's business card.

Rose got angry and told her to drop dead. Frida had a heart attack right then and died. The girls held a funeral for her and nobody showed up. Rose then took her ashes and spread them around the tree. By doing that she saved the tree and relieved the guilt she felt about killing Frida Claxton.

Earlier in the episode, Kramer stated that all serial killers are adopted, and Elaine discovers that Joel was while looking through his wallet at the Giants game. Meanwhile, Kramer is still trying to get into the game, but he forgot his ID. He has Joel called in the stadium and everybody assumes that he's the serial killer.

Fortunately, Skates ejected safely and was found relatively quickly. Harm has not had the best of luck with his RIOs.

Father Mulcahy was, in fact, a champion amateur boxer and in one episode he uses his boxing skills to punch a patient (something he deeply regretted). He was also an avid jogger, and beat another man much more fit than himself in a race (albeit, with a little help from the man above).
